PGH Attorneys is a South African legal practice. The responsible attorney is Gerhard Human. Legal-practice registration particulars are verified during onboarding and are available on request.
Fidelity Fund certificate
Where a Fidelity Fund Certificate is required for the mandated work, the responsible attorney’s current Fidelity Fund Certificate is maintained and its particulars are available on request or in the mandate pack.
Trust account disclosure
If a matter requires payment into trust, trust-account details will be provided only after conflict checks, FICA where required, and written mandate acceptance. Do not pay into any account unless the instruction has been verified through a known PGH Attorneys channel.
PAIA requests
Requests for access to records must be directed to the Information Officer through info@pgh.africa and are dealt with under PAIA, POPIA, legal privilege, professional duties, and other applicable laws.
POPIA and privacy requests
Data-subject requests, privacy questions, correction requests, deletion requests, objections, and complaints may be sent to info@pgh.africa. Identity verification, privilege, retention duties, legal holds, and statutory refusal grounds may apply.
FICA and onboarding
Client onboarding may require identity, authority, beneficial-ownership, source-of-funds, risk, sanctions, and similar checks. Legal work begins only after conflict checks, onboarding, scope confirmation, and written mandate acceptance.
