Matter overview
See active matter cards, next steps, responsible contact, and whether any action is required from you.
Client zone
The client zone shows how active clients access matter updates, uploads, released documents, invoices, statements, and locked records after staff-approved sign-in. It is designed for secure delivery, not open self-service legal work.

Upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images, and supporting records for staff review.
Access drafts, signed documents, pleadings, letters, invoices, and statements only when release rules allow it.
See invoice status, statement entries, payment locks, and records that remain unavailable until requirements are met.
Client view preview
The portal is intended to show practical matter states, document locks, and next actions rather than vague platform promises.
Draft agreement received. Attorney review in progress. Clean and marked versions will appear after release.
Demand letter approved. Final signed version is locked until the deposit and onboarding checks are complete.
Upload the signed offer, mandate, proof of authority, and latest agent correspondence for review.
How access works
A portal account is approved by staff. It is not self-service legal access.
Opening the portal or requesting access does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Private matter documents are kept in portal and document workflows, not in public content areas.
Staff may withhold release while onboarding, FICA, mandate, payment, conflict, or attorney-review steps remain incomplete.
Staff access
Staff must sign in through the protected portal route. Administrative tools, CMS editing, client records, billing records, documents, and audit logs remain behind role-based access.
Staff sign-in is intentionally kept out of the public client journey and shared through internal operational channels.
