Pharmacy Act: South African Pharmacy Council: Rules relating to good pharmacy practice: Proposed amended minimum standards: Comments invited
The South African Pharmacy Council says it intends to publish amendments to Annexure A of the Rules relating to good pharmacy practice, published in 2004. The notice invites substantiated comments or representations on proposed amended minimum standards within sixty days of publication. The schedule sets out minimum standards specifically relating to the prevention of fronting in the practice of pharmacy.
This appears to concern proposed pharmacy practice standards and comment processes that may be relevant to pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and education and training providers.
