Electronic Communications Act: Transfer of Dakota Software Services Licences to SMSPortal: Representations invited

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa has received applications for the transfer of control of Dakota Software Services’ Individual Electronic Communications Service and Individual Electronic Communications Network Service licences to SMSPortal. The notice says the application will be assessed against competition, consumer interests and HDP equity ownership, and that interested parties are invited to make written representations.
