The South African Reserve Bank issued a notice and order of forfeiture under Exchange Control Regulation 22B in respect of money held in two ABSA Bank accounts in the name of Mr Guangsheng Lin. The notice states that R458 866.47 and R58 658.84, together with any interest or other accrual, are forfeited to the State on publication in the Gazette and are to be deposited into the National Revenue Fund.
